- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the black beans, softened cream cheese, shredded cheese, salsa, garlic powder, and cumin in a mixing bowl. Use a spatula to gently fold until well incorporated.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Serve warm with crispy tortilla chips.
Notes
Make-ahead by assembling the dip in a baking dish and refrigerating until ready to bake. You can also air fry at 350°F for about 15 minutes.
