Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1/4 cup salted caramel sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar for glaze

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease your loaf pan with butter or nonstick spray for easy release.
  2. Combine mashed bananas, melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a large bowl. Whisk until smooth and glossy.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla. Mix well to create a fragrant batter.
  4. Whisk together baking soda, salt, and flour in a separate bowl.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, alternating with cooled brewed coffee and salted caramel sauce. Fold gently to avoid overmixing.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  7. Bake for 55-60 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean with a few moist crumbs.
  8. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  9. Melt brown sugar with butter in a small saucepan and drizzle over the cooled bread as a glaze.
