- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brewed coffee, cooled
- 1/4 cup salted caramel sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar for glaze
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease your loaf pan with butter or nonstick spray for easy release.
- Combine mashed bananas, melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a large bowl. Whisk until smooth and glossy.
- Add the eggs and vanilla. Mix well to create a fragrant batter.
- Whisk together baking soda, salt, and flour in a separate bowl.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, alternating with cooled brewed coffee and salted caramel sauce. Fold gently to avoid overmixing.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean with a few moist crumbs.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Melt brown sugar with butter in a small saucepan and drizzle over the cooled bread as a glaze.
