- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
- Combine the ricotta cheese, egg, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Whisk together the flour, powdered sugar, granulated sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in another bowl.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips and orange zest.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough about 2 inches apart onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the edges are lightly golden.
- Cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
