Ingredients

Instructions

  2. Brown the ground beef, letting it cook without stirring for about 3–4 minutes, then stir occasionally until fully cooked.
  3. Sauté onion and garlic until fragrant and the onion becomes translucent.
  4. Incorporate chopped cabbage, bell peppers, and carrots, cooking until tender but still crunchy.
  5. Season with soy sauce, adjusting with salt and pepper as necessary.
  6. Cook for an additional 2 to 3 minutes to meld flavors together.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
