- 2 cups crispy noodles
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- Candy eggs (for topping)
Instructions
- Melt the butterscotch chips in a heavy-bottomed saucepan over low heat until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the creamy peanut butter until well combined.
- Add the crispy noodles to a large mixing bowl and pour the butterscotch-peanut butter mixture over them.
- Shape the mixture into nest shapes on a parchment-lined tray.
- Press down the center of each nest to create space for the candy eggs.
- Let them set at room temperature or refrigerate until firm, about 30 minutes.
- Place candy eggs into each nest once they are set.
Notes
Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. For longer storage, freeze for up to three months.
