Description

Delightfully crunchy cookies made with creamy peanut butter and sweet butterscotch, shaped like little nests and topped with candy eggs for a festive treat.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups crispy noodles
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • Candy eggs (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Melt the butterscotch chips in a heavy-bottomed saucepan over low heat until smooth.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in the creamy peanut butter until well combined.
  3. Add the crispy noodles to a large mixing bowl and pour the butterscotch-peanut butter mixture over them.
  4. Shape the mixture into nest shapes on a parchment-lined tray.
  5. Press down the center of each nest to create space for the candy eggs.
  6. Let them set at room temperature or refrigerate until firm, about 30 minutes.
  7. Place candy eggs into each nest once they are set.

Notes

Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. For longer storage, freeze for up to three months.
