Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your donut pan with non-stick spray or butter.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt until combined.
- In another bowl, mix the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract until well blended.
- Gently combine your wet ingredients with the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Fill each mold in the donut pan about two-thirds full.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- Cool the donuts in the pan before transferring them to a cooling rack.
- Whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract for the glaze.
- Dip the tops of the cooled donuts in the glaze and set them on a wire rack to let the glaze set.
