Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar

  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • Butter for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and generously grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter.
  2. Cut the French bread into 1-inch cubes and place them in the prepared baking dish.
  3. Whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a mixing bowl until smooth.
