Description
Apple & Brie Crostini is a delightful appetizer that combines the sweetness of apples with the creaminess of brie cheese, all served on crispy toasted bread.

- 1 French baguette, sliced
- 8 oz Brie cheese, sliced
- 2 medium apples, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
- Olive oil for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake the bread for about 10 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- Remove the bread from the oven and top each slice with a piece of brie cheese.
- Add a few apple slices on top of the brie.
- Drizzle honey over the apple slices and sprinkle with fresh thyme.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- For a sweeter flavor, use a sweeter variety of apple, such as Honeycrisp or Fuji.
- Feel free to add a sprinkle of walnuts or pecans for added crunch.
