Description

Watermelon popsicles are a refreshing and healthy treat perfect for hot summer days. Made with fresh watermelon, these popsicles are easy to prepare and are a hit with both kids and adults.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups of watermelon, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons of lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon of honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cut the watermelon into cubes and place them in a blender.
  2. Add lime juice and honey (if using) to the blender.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
  5. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  6. To remove popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.

Notes

  • For a fun twist, add mint leaves to the blender for a refreshing flavor.
  • These popsicles can be stored in the freezer for up to 2 months.
