Ingredients

  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1 cup of plant-based milk
  • 1 cup of breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup of vegan mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons of sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, plant-based milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to create a batter.
  3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Place the coated florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix vegan mayonnaise, sriracha, and maple syrup to create the sauce.
  7. Toss the baked cauliflower in the sauce until well coated.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
