Ingredients

- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup of flour
- 1 cup of plant-based milk
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup of vegan mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons of sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, plant-based milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to create a batter.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Place the coated florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- In a separate bowl, mix vegan mayonnaise, sriracha, and maple syrup to create the sauce.
- Toss the baked cauliflower in the sauce until well coated.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- Adjust the spiciness by adding more or less sriracha.
- For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free flour and breadcrumbs.
