- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano

- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a baking dish, combine the halved cherry tomatoes, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
- Bake the tomatoes in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until they are soft and slightly caramelized.
- Remove the dish from the oven and create four small wells in the tomato mixture.
- Crack an egg into each well and sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese on top.
