  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the tomatoes and sprinkle with basil and cheese.
  6. Cook on the stovetop for 2-3 minutes until the edges start to set.
  7. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until the frittata is fully set.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
