- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)
- 1/4 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
- Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
- Pour the egg mixture over the tomatoes and sprinkle with basil and cheese.
- Cook on the stovetop for 2-3 minutes until the edges start to set.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until the frittata is fully set.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables or proteins as desired.
- Can be served warm or at room temperature.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
