Instructions
- In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, soy sauce, sesame oil, and garlic powder. Mix well and set aside.
- In another bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, red bell pepper, and green onions.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, rice vinegar, honey, and sriracha until smooth.

- Lay a tortilla flat and place a generous portion of the chicken mixture in the center.
- Add a handful of the slaw on top of the chicken.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top.
