    • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • For the Dressing:
    • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
    • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
    • 1 tablespoon honey
    • 1 teaspoon sriracha (optional)
  • For Assembly:
    • 4 large flour tortillas
    • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, soy sauce, sesame oil, and garlic powder. Mix well and set aside.
  2. In another bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, red bell pepper, and green onions.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, rice vinegar, honey, and sriracha until smooth.
  4. Pour the dressing over the slaw mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Lay a tortilla flat and place a generous portion of the chicken mixture in the center.
  6. Add a handful of the slaw on top of the chicken.
  7. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top.
  8. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and fillings.
  9. Slice each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately, garnished with fresh cilantro.
