Ingredients

  • Vegetables: 1 medium onion, diced; 1 bell pepper, diced; 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Liquids: 2 cups chicken broth; 1 cup heavy cream
  • Spices: 1 tsp cumin; 1 tsp chili powder; 1/2 tsp paprika; salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Add the onion, bell pepper, and garlic to the skillet, cooking until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
