Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup of shredded carrots

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli florets, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and shredded carrots.
  3. Add the cooked pasta to the bowl with the vegetables.
