Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together the sugar and butter until smooth.
- Mix in the flour, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
- Add the lemonade concentrate and lemon zest, mixing until incorporated.
- Fold in the crumbled sugar cookies.
- Spread the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before dusting with powdered sugar.
