Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
- Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture and knead until a smooth dough forms.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
- Roll out the dough into a large circle on a floured surface.
- Place mozzarella cheese around the edge of the dough and fold it over to create a stuffed crust.
- Spread pizza sauce over the base of the dough.
- Top with pepperoni slices and sprinkle Italian seasoning on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
