  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  3. Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture and knead until a smooth dough forms.
  4. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
  5. Roll out the dough into a large circle on a floured surface.
  6. Place mozzarella cheese around the edge of the dough and fold it over to create a stuffed crust.
  7. Spread pizza sauce over the base of the dough.
  8. Top with pepperoni slices and sprinkle Italian seasoning on top.
