- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, and basil.
- Cut a pocket in each chicken breast and stuff with the mozzarella mixture.
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken on both sides until golden brown.
