Description

Stuffed Caprese Chicken with Balsamic Glaze is a delicious and flavorful dish that combines juicy chicken breasts stuffed with fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil, drizzled with a tangy balsamic glaze.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella cheese, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, and basil.
  3. Cut a pocket in each chicken breast and stuff with the mozzarella mixture.
  4. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken on both sides until golden brown.
  6. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
