- 1 cup fresh mango, diced
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in the milk and vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour and baking powder, then gradually add to the wet mixture.
- Fold in the sliced strawberries and diced mango.
- Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool before frosting with whipped cream.
- Garnish with additional fruit if desired and serve.
