Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of serving cups to form the crust.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  6. Layer the cheesecake filling over the crust in each cup.
  7. Top with sliced strawberries.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
