Instructions
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, garlic, and ginger; mix well and set aside.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Add the sliced steak to the skillet and sear for 2-3 minutes until browned; remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of oil and stir-fry the shrimp for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink; remove and set aside.
- Add the onion, bell pepper, broccoli, and snap peas to the skillet; stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Return the steak and shrimp to the skillet, pour the sauce over, and stir to combine; cook for an additional 2 minutes until heated through and sauce thickens.
- Serve immediately over rice or noodles.
