  • Sauce:
    • 1/4 cup soy sauce
    • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, garlic, and ginger; mix well and set aside.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  3. Add the sliced steak to the skillet and sear for 2-3 minutes until browned; remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of oil and stir-fry the shrimp for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink; remove and set aside.
  5. Add the onion, bell pepper, broccoli, and snap peas to the skillet; stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  6. Return the steak and shrimp to the skillet, pour the sauce over, and stir to combine; cook for an additional 2 minutes until heated through and sauce thickens.
  7. Serve immediately over rice or noodles.
