A delicious and flavorful dish featuring chicken marinated in spicy yogurt, served with dill feta cream and crispy baby potatoes.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 pound baby potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add chicken thighs to the marinade and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Wash and halve the baby potatoes, then toss them with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  5. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes until crispy.
  6. While the potatoes are roasting, grill or bake the marinated chicken until cooked through, about 20-25 minutes.
  7. In a small bowl, mix feta cheese, dill, and a splash of olive oil to create the dill feta cream.
  8. Serve the chicken with crispy baby potatoes and a dollop of dill feta cream on top.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the chicken overnight.
  • Adjust the spice level by varying the amount of cayenne pepper.
  • Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
