Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine pumpkin seeds, olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and cayenne pepper.
- Toss the seeds until they are evenly coated with the spice mixture.
- Spread the seasoned seeds in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
