Instructions
- In a bowl, mix peach preserves, soy sauce, sriracha, and minced garlic to create the glaze.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add shrimp to the skillet and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink.
- Pour the peach glaze over the shrimp and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring to coat the shrimp evenly.
