- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- Yum Yum Sauce (store-bought or homemade)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix honey, ginger, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes.
- Marinate the diced chicken in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the marinated chicken until fully cooked.
- Add mixed vegetables to the pan and stir-fry until tender.
- Serve the chicken and vegetables over cooked rice.
- Drizzle with yum yum sauce before serving.
