Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • Yum Yum Sauce (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix honey, ginger, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes.
  2. Marinate the diced chicken in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the marinated chicken until fully cooked.
  4. Add mixed vegetables to the pan and stir-fry until tender.
  5. Serve the chicken and vegetables over cooked rice.
  6. Drizzle with yum yum sauce before serving.
