Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine sliced pears, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice. Mix well.
  3. In another bowl, mix rolled oats, brown sugar, flour, melted butter, and salt until crumbly.
  4. Spread the pear mixture in a baking dish and top with the crumble mixture.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the pears are tender.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving.
