Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the mixed nuts and olive oil.
  3. Add the spices (paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper) to the nuts and mix well.
  4. If using, drizzle honey over the nut mixture and stir to combine.
  5. Spread the nut mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the nuts are golden and fragrant.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
