Ingredients

- 2 cups mixed nuts (almonds, cashews, walnuts)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the mixed nuts and olive oil.
- Add the spices (paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper) to the nuts and mix well.
- If using, drizzle honey over the nut mixture and stir to combine.
- Spread the nut mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the nuts are golden and fragrant.
- Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.

- Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
