S’mores Brownies are a delicious dessert that combines the flavors of classic s’mores with rich, fudgy brownies, creating a sweet and gooey treat perfect for any occasion.

- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup chocolate sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Remove from heat and stir in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and half of the graham cracker crumbs.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle the mini marshmallows and remaining graham cracker crumbs on top.
- Drizzle with chocolate sauce and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
- Let cool before cutting into squares and serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate cocoa powder.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
- These brownies can be frozen for up to 2 months.
