Instructions
- Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Take a small amount of the meat mixture and flatten it in your palm.
- Place a cube of mozzarella and a dollop of cream cheese in the center, then wrap the meat around the cheese to form a ball.
- Repeat until all the meat mixture is used.
- Roll each meatball in panko breadcrumbs, ensuring they are fully coated.
- Drizzle olive oil over the meatballs for added crispiness.
- Place the meatballs in the smoker and cook for 1.5 to 2 hours, or until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
- Remove from the smoker and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
