Description

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork Sliders are tender, flavorful, and perfect for any gathering. The pork is slow-cooked to perfection and served on soft slider buns.


Ingredients

  • 34 lbs pork shoulder
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 12 slider buns
  • Coleslaw (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Place the sliced onion and minced garlic at the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Season the pork shoulder with paprika, salt, and black pepper, then place it on top of the onions and garlic.
  3. Pour the barbecue sauce over the pork.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the pork is tender and easily shredded.
  5. Remove the pork from the slow cooker and shred it with two forks.
  6. Return the shredded pork to the slow cooker and mix it with the sauce.
  7. Serve the pulled pork on slider buns, topped with coleslaw if desired.

  • For extra flavor, marinate the pork in the barbecue sauce overnight before cooking.
  • Adjust the amount of barbecue sauce according to your taste preference.
