Slow Cooker Pulled Pork Sliders are tender, flavorful, and perfect for any gathering. The pork is slow-cooked to perfection and served on soft slider buns.

- 3–4 lbs pork shoulder
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 12 slider buns
- Coleslaw (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- Place the sliced onion and minced garlic at the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Season the pork shoulder with paprika, salt, and black pepper, then place it on top of the onions and garlic.
- Pour the barbecue sauce over the pork.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the pork is tender and easily shredded.
- Remove the pork from the slow cooker and shred it with two forks.
- Return the shredded pork to the slow cooker and mix it with the sauce.
- Serve the pulled pork on slider buns, topped with coleslaw if desired.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the pork in the barbecue sauce overnight before cooking.
- Adjust the amount of barbecue sauce according to your taste preference.
- These sliders can be made ahead of time and reheated before serving.
