A delicious and easy slow cooker recipe featuring tender chicken and flavorful potatoes, all infused with garlic and Parmesan cheese.

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Place the halved baby potatoes in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then place them on top of the potatoes.
- Pour the chicken broth over the chicken and potatoes.
- Sprinkle the Parmesan garlic mixture over the chicken.
- Drizzle olive oil on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the garlic and Parmesan mixture for a few hours before cooking.
- Feel free to add vegetables like carrots or green beans for a complete meal.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
