- 6 slices of bread
- 2 ripe peaches, sliced
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- Butter for greasing the pan
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a sheet pan with butter.
- Arrange the bread slices on the sheet pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and maple syrup.
- Pour the egg mixture over the bread slices.
- Top with sliced peaches.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the egg is set and the bread is golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to substitute other fruits if peaches are not available.
- Can be served with additional maple syrup or whipped cream.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
