Description

A creamy and refreshing dessert capturing the essence of springtime with mint and vanilla flavors in a fluffy texture.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon mint extract
  • Green food coloring (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the instant pudding mix and milk in a mixing bowl. Whisk together until smooth and thickened, about 2 minutes.
  2. Add the mint extract and a few drops of green food coloring if desired. Mix until color is distributed.
  3. Fold in the whipped topping gently with a spatula until fully incorporated.
  4. Chill the mixture in serving dishes for at least 1 hour to set and enhance flavors.
