  • 1 cup potato chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Peel and cube sweet potatoes into roughly equal pieces.
  3. Boil the sweet potatoes in a large pot of water for about 20 minutes until fork-tender.
  4. Drain the sweet potatoes well to remove excess moisture.
  5. Mash the drained sweet potatoes until smooth in a mixing bowl.
  6. Mix in butter, brown sugar, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until everything is creamy and well-combined.
  7. Transfer the sweet potato mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  8. Top with crushed potato chips.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through and top turns golden brown.
  10. Serve warm.
