Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface and cut them into 4-inch squares.
- Whisk together the eggs in a mixing bowl until frothy. Stir in the crumbled sausage and shredded cheese, then season with salt and pepper.
- Place a generous spoonful of the sausage mixture in the center of each pastry square.
- Fold the pastry over to enclose the filling and seal the edges tightly.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg for a glossy finish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
