Ingredients

  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it begins to simmer.
  2. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips, stirring until melted and smooth.
  3. In another saucepan, combine sugar and butter over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves and turns golden brown.
  4. Remove from heat and carefully stir in the cream mixture, sea salt, and vanilla extract.
  5. Let the mixture cool, then refrigerate until firm.
  6. Once firm, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
  7. Dust the truffles with cocoa powder before serving.
