Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it begins to simmer.
- Remove from heat and add chocolate chips, stirring until melted and smooth.
- In another saucepan, combine sugar and butter over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves and turns golden brown.
- Remove from heat and carefully stir in the cream mixture, sea salt, and vanilla extract.
- Let the mixture cool, then refrigerate until firm.
- Once firm, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
- Dust the truffles with cocoa powder before serving.
