Description

A delicious blend of creamy cheesecake, spiced apple pie filling, and rich salted caramel, all on a graham cracker crust.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 cups apple pie filling
  • ½ cup salted caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and mix well.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of apple pie filling on top of the cheesecake and swirl gently with a knife.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set. Let it cool.
  8. Drizzle salted caramel sauce over the top before serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use brown sugar instead of granulated sugar.
  • Chill the cheesecake for at least 4 hours before serving for best results.
  • Top with whipped cream and additional caramel sauce if desired.
