Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wrap the head of garlic in aluminum foil and roast in the oven for 30-35 minutes.
- Peel and chop the potatoes into chunks, then boil them in salted water until tender.
- Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
- Squeeze the roasted garlic cloves into the potatoes.
- Add milk and butter, then mash until smooth and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
