Instructions

  2. Wrap the head of garlic in aluminum foil and roast in the oven for 30-35 minutes.
  3. Peel and chop the potatoes into chunks, then boil them in salted water until tender.
  4. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
  5. Squeeze the roasted garlic cloves into the potatoes.
  6. Add milk and butter, then mash until smooth and creamy.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
