- 2 slices of bread
- 1 apple, thinly sliced
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the apple and toss it with cinnamon.
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- On the unbuttered side of one slice, layer the roasted apples and cheddar cheese.
- Top with the second slice of bread, buttered side up.
- Grill on medium heat until golden brown on both sides and the cheese is melted.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
