Ingredients

  • 1 apple, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  3. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  4. On the unbuttered side of one slice, layer the roasted apples and cheddar cheese.
