Reuben Balls are a delicious twist on the classic Reuben sandwich, featuring corned beef, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese, all rolled into bite-sized balls and served with a spicy Thousand Island dipping sauce.

- 1 cup corned beef, chopped
- 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined and form into small balls.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the Reuben balls until golden brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
- For the dipping sauce, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, hot sauce, and relish in a small bowl.
- Serve the Reuben balls warm with the spicy Thousand Island dipping sauce.
Notes
- For a healthier option, bake the Reuben balls in the oven at 400°F for 20 minutes instead of frying.
- Adjust the spiciness of the dipping sauce by adding more or less hot sauce according to your preference.
