- 1 cup dark chocolate chips

- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the mixed nuts, pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries, and dark chocolate chips.
- In a small bowl, mix together the pumpkin pie spice and maple syrup.
- Drizzle the spice mixture over the nut mixture and stir until well combined.
- Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes, stirring halfway through, until lightly toasted.
