- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 275°F (135°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a clean bowl, beat the egg whites until soft peaks form.
- Gradually add the granulated sugar, continuing to beat until stiff peaks form.
- Mix in the vanilla extract, vinegar, cornstarch, and pumpkin spice until well combined.
- Spoon the meringue mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, shaping it into a round disk.
- Bake for 1 hour, then turn off the oven and let the pavlova cool completely inside.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold in the pumpkin puree into the whipped cream.
- Once the pavlova is cooled, top it with the pumpkin spice whipped cream.
- Sprinkle additional pumpkin spice on top for garnish and serve.

- Ensure that the bowl and beaters are completely clean and free of grease for the egg whites to whip properly.
