Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Grease four ramekins with butter and dust with flour.

  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.

  7. Pour the batter into the prepared ramekins, filling them about 3/4 full.
  8. Bake for 12-14 minutes until the edges are set but the center is still soft.
