- 1 cup crushed pretzels
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Dredge each chicken breast: coat in flour, dip into beaten eggs, and roll in crushed pretzels.
