- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce

- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add frozen potstickers and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add broccoli, bell pepper, and carrot to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Add garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil, stirring to combine.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds.
