Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of cocktail sauce
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 package of mini phyllo cups

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the plant-based shrimp, avocado, lemon juice, dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Fill each mini phyllo cup with the shrimp mixture.
  4. Place the filled cups on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
