			- 1 cup of plant-based shrimp
 - 1/2 cup of cocktail sauce
 - 1 avocado, diced
 - 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
 - 1 tablespoon of fresh dill, chopped
 - 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - 1 package of mini phyllo cups
 
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
 - In a bowl, combine the plant-based shrimp, avocado, lemon juice, dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
 - Fill each mini phyllo cup with the shrimp mixture.
 - Place the filled cups on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
 - Serve warm with cocktail sauce on the side.
 
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add a dash of hot sauce to the shrimp mixture.
 - These bites can be made ahead of time and reheated before serving.
 - Feel free to substitute the dill with your favorite herb.
