Description

Ingredients

  • 1 turkey breast (about 45 pounds)
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh rosemary for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cranberry sauce, orange juice, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the turkey breast in a roasting pan and brush the glaze all over the turkey.
  4. Cover the turkey with foil and bake for 1.5 hours.
  5. Remove the foil and baste the turkey with the glaze every 20 minutes for an additional 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let the turkey rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
  7. Garnish with fresh rosemary and serve.

Notes

  • For a deeper flavor, marinate the turkey in the glaze overnight.
  • Adjust the sweetness of the glaze by adding more or less brown sugar.
