Ingredients

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup brewed coffee
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan, combine chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat, stirring until melted and smooth.
  3. Add brewed coffee and peppermint extract, mixing well.
  4. Pour half of the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Sprinkle half of the crushed peppermint candies over the fudge.
  6. Pour the remaining fudge mixture on top and spread evenly.
  7. Top with the remaining crushed peppermint candies.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
  9. Cut into squares and serve.
