  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1/2 cup diced ham or cooked bacon (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the torn croissant pieces to the egg mixture and stir to combine.
  4. Fold in the cheese, ham or bacon (if using), and green onions.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  6. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
