  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon or sausage (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the torn croissant pieces to the egg mixture and stir to combine.
  4. Fold in the cheese, cooked bacon or sausage (if using), and green onions.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and cover with foil.
